The Tribe of Mic-O-Say is an honor camper society which is
active in St. Joseph and Kansas City, Missouri. It was started in
the 1920's by H. Roe Bartle. Mr. Bartle was for many years the
Council Scout Executive of the Kansas City Area Council, and
later became mayor of Kansas City, Missouri. He was a dynamic
individual who as mayor was responsible for many major building
projects in Kansas City. I collect memorabilia related to the
Tribe and Mr. Bartle. I have been an Honorary Warrior in the
Tribe since 1982. My son Kent is a Hard Way Warrior in the Tribe. I need the issues
so listed below, and have the
ones listed as haves already in my collection. I of course will need
new issues as they come out. I have extensive duplicates of the earlier issues. E-mail me with your

1. Pony Express Council Mic-O-Say - St. Joseph, Missouri. They have issued patches for three annual events: the Fall Pow-Wow since 1965, the Winter Pow-Wow or Conclave since 1981, and the Tribal Feast since 1984. They also issue backpatches and National Jamboree contingent items.

- Have: First, Large Indian with mylar necklace; Second, Yellow with Bustle; Third, Coon-eyed Indian; Fourth, Totem Pole; Fifth, Eagle Springs, Sixth, Camp Coronado; Seventh, Indian on Horse; Eighth, Dancing Kachina; Ninth Gieger Reservation; Tenth, 1925-1995, Eleventh, Arrow on Burgundy Background; Twelfth, 6 inch blue Dog Soldier (Basic with no rockers)
- Need: any Jacket Patches that are not listed here or were issued after 2015.
St. Joe Mic-O-Say National Jamboree Contingent (JSP) or Flap-shaped Patch Needs
- I have all issued through 2013 National Jamboree, need newer ones as issued

- The last flap I have is the white border, white FDL. I need any that are newer.
- Any Miscellaneous Patches for Fundraisers, Events, Etc. I have a "Trail of the Brave" patch.
2. Heart Of America Council Mic-O-Say - Kansas City, Missouri. They have issued Tribal Feast patches, later called Tribal Celebration patches, since 1987. They also issue backpatches and National Jamboree contingent items.
